Description
Crispy and flavorful Greek-style chicken wings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the wings in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry again before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
