Description
A crispy and indulgent grilled cheese sandwich made in the air fryer with maple-glazed bacon.
Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked maple bacon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 3 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cheese and bacon on unbuttered side of two bread slices.
- Drizzle maple syrup over bacon.
- Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for best texture.
- Adjust cook time for desired crispiness.
- Let sandwich cool 1 minute before cutting.
