Description
A quick and easy grilled cheese sandwich made in an air fryer with a tangy twist from pickles.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 2-3 pickle slices
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of a bread slice.
- Add pickle slices on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of cheese and the other bread slice, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, lightly toast the bread before assembling.
