Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Shape the seasoned beef into small, flat patties or crumble it loosely.
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 160°F / 71°C).
- Remove and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving or storing.
Notes
- For crispier beef, cook for an extra 1-2 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
