Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix ground venison, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Brush bites lightly with olive oil.
- Place bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
