Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded hash browns
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the hash browns with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry the hash browns for 10 minutes until crispy.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a pan and set aside.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
