Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
