Description

A quick and healthy salmon dish with Cajun spices, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and tender interior.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil evenly over the salmon.
  4. Mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Coat the salmon fillets with the spice mixture.
  6. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  8. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
