Description
Crispy and creamy holiday poppers made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 package (12 count) wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- Cooking spray (for air frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush edges of the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange poppers in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to restore crispiness.
- Customize fillings with bacon bits, jalapeños, or herbs.
