Description
Crispy and flavorful holiday pepper sticks made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (drained and patted dry)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano over the cream cheese.
- Place roasted red peppers evenly on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch sticks.
- Brush each stick with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use store-bought puff pastry for convenience.
- Pat the peppers dry to prevent soggy pastry.
