Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra ranch dressing if desired.
