Description
Crispy homemade lentil chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Soak lentils in water for 2 hours.
- Drain and pat dry with a towel.
- Toss lentils with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread lentils in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
