Description
A quick and easy air fryer recipe for honey chilli chicken with a sweet and spicy glaze.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Mix honey, chilli sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss chicken pieces in the marinade until fully coated.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway.
- Check if cooked through, serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chilli sauce to taste.
- For crispier chicken, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve with rice or salad.
