Description
Crispy Brussels sprouts coated in a sweet and tangy honey-Dijon glaze, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a small bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic powder.
- Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with the honey-Dijon glaze.
- Air fry for another 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve warm.
