Description

Crispy Brussels sprouts coated in a sweet and tangy honey-Dijon glaze, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic powder.
  5. Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with the honey-Dijon glaze.
  6. Air fry for another 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Serve warm.
