Description

A healthy and flavorful dish featuring creamy hummus topped with crispy air-fried cauliflower. Perfect for a light meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp water (adjust for consistency)
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin until smooth. Add water as needed for a creamy texture.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Air-fry cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Spread hummus in a bowl and top with crispy cauliflower.
  6. Serve immediately.
