A healthy and flavorful dish featuring creamy hummus topped with crispy air-fried cauliflower. Perfect for a light meal or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp water (adjust for consistency)
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin until smooth. Add water as needed for a creamy texture.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
- Air-fry cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Spread hummus in a bowl and top with crispy cauliflower.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftover hummus in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- For extra flavor, drizzle with more olive oil before serving.
