Description
Make a quick and easy personal pan pizza using an air fryer. Perfect for a single serving with crispy crust and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 small pizza dough ball (about 6 oz)
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a small circle to fit your air fryer basket.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Add shredded cheese and your toppings.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for 1 minute before serving.
