Description

A fresh and crunchy Italian chopped salad made quickly in the air fryer. Perfect for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, olives, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
  3. Toss with Italian dressing, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Transfer mixture to air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Remove from air fryer, top with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add croutons after cooking.
  • Substitute salami for pepperoni if preferred.
