Description

A quick and easy air fryer pasta salad with Italian flavors, perfect for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced salami
  • 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Toss cherry tomatoes, olives, salami, mozzarella, and red onion in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 5 minutes to lightly crisp the ingredients.
  5. Transfer the air-fried mixture to a large bowl and add the cooled pasta.
  6. Pour Italian dressing, oregano, and garlic powder over the salad.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined.
