A quick and easy air fryer pasta salad with Italian flavors, perfect for a light meal or side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss cherry tomatoes, olives, salami, mozzarella, and red onion in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes to lightly crisp the ingredients.
- Transfer the air-fried mixture to a large bowl and add the cooled pasta.
- Pour Italian dressing, oregano, and garlic powder over the salad.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
