Description
A creamy, spicy dip inspired by jalapeno poppers, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the dip.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or crackers.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapenos.
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for preferred spice level.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
