Ingredients
- 1 medium jicama, peeled and cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss jicama fries with olive oil, chili powder, lime zest, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with extra lime wedges if desired.
