Crispy and healthy kale chips made in the air fryer for a quick and nutritious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the kale with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure crispiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
