Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sugar-free Big Mac sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Cook the ground beef in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
- Drizzle with sugar-free Big Mac sauce and olive oil.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
