Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the pork chops dry and coat them evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on pork chop thickness.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes after air frying.
