Ingredients

  • 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water


Instructions

  1. Cut each mozzarella stick in half.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg with water.
  4. Dip each mozzarella piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place coated sticks in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 5-6 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
