Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Lightly brush the meatballs with olive oil.
  6. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
