Ingredients
- 500g lamb neck fillet, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Rub the lamb slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Place the lamb slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
