Description

A quick and healthy air fryer sandwich packed with lean beef protein.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 slice low-fat cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Shape into a patty and brush with olive oil.
  4. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Add cheese slice and air fry for 1 more minute.
  6. Toast bread in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  7. Spread mustard on bread, then layer with lettuce, tomato, and beef patty.
  8. Close sandwich, cut in half, and serve.
