Description
Easy and quick scallops cooked in an air fryer with lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 12 large sea scallops
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat dry scallops with paper towels.
- Mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat scallops evenly with the butter mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time for smaller or larger scallops.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
