Description

Ingredients

  • 12 large sea scallops
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Pat dry scallops with paper towels.
  2. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat scallops evenly with the butter mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
