Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or zucchini)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
