Description
A quick and flavorful shrimp bowl with lemon butter sauce, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or zucchini)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Toss chopped vegetables with olive oil and air fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Assemble bowls with rice, shrimp, and vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.

- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on shrimp size.
