Description
Crispy and tangy lemon poppy seed cookies made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add butter, egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Fold in poppy seeds.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Cool before serving.
