Ingredients
- 2 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry potatoes for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Transfer potatoes to a bowl and top with cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon.
- Serve immediately.
