Description
Crispy homemade baked potato chips loaded with your favorite toppings, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove and top with cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon.
- Serve immediately.
