Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove wedges and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the top.
  7. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
