Description
A quick and easy air fryer version of loaded paneer tikka masala with rich flavors.
Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
- Add paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade. Coat well.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes.
- Place marinated paneer and veggies in the air fryer basket. Drizzle oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
Notes
- Use firm paneer to prevent crumbling.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- Serve with naan or rice.
