Description

A quick and easy air fryer version of loaded paneer tikka masala with rich flavors.


Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade. Coat well.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place marinated paneer and veggies in the air fryer basket. Drizzle oil.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use firm paneer to prevent crumbling.
  • Adjust spice levels to your preference.
