Description

Crispy air-fried potato wedges topped with succulent shrimp scampi.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Air fry wedges for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  7. Top wedges with shrimp scampi.
