Description
Crispy, buttery lobster rolls made in an air fryer for a quick and easy Connecticut-style treat.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp softened butter (for buns)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix lobster meat with melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread softened butter on the outside of the buns.
- Fill each bun with lobster mixture.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until buns are golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.
