Description
A fusion dish combining lobster and steak on a crispy pizza crust, cooked quickly in an air fryer for a delicious surf and turf experience.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Arrange lobster and steak pieces evenly.
- Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
- Remove carefully and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
