Description

A quick and easy way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise using kitchen shears.
  3. Gently lift the meat and place it on top of the shell.
  4. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  5. Brush half the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  8. Brush with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
