Description
A quick and easy way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer with a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise using kitchen shears.
- Gently lift the meat and place it on top of the shell.
- Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Brush half the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Brush with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster tails for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the lobster tails.
