Description

A quick and easy way to make lobster tails in your air fryer. These lobster tail sticks are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail and gently lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base.
  3. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the lobster tails.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the lobster tails to keep them tender.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the size of your lobster tails.
