Description
A quick and easy way to make lobster tails in your air fryer. These lobster tail sticks are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail and gently lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base.
- Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcook the lobster tails to keep them tender.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your lobster tails.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or Old Bay seasoning.
