Description

Crispy lobster and truffle wedges made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss potato wedges with 1 tbsp truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry wedges for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Mix lobster with remaining truffle oil.
  5. Add lobster to wedges and air fry 5 more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
