Description
Crispy lobster and truffle wedges made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss potato wedges with 1 tbsp truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry wedges for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix lobster with remaining truffle oil.
- Add lobster to wedges and air fry 5 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best results.
- Adjust cook time based on wedge thickness.
- Truffle oil can be substituted with olive oil.
