A quick and healthy low-carb, high-protein sandwich made in an air fryer, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients
- 2 slices low-carb bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bread slices.
- Layer turkey breast and cheese on one slice.
- Dip the sandwich in the whisked eggs.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
