A quick and easy low-carb grilled cheese made in the air fryer. Perfect for keto diets.
Ingredients
- 2 slices low-carb bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese between the unbuttered sides.
- Place sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for 3 more minutes.

- Use any low-carb bread of your choice.
- Add cooked bacon or avocado for extra flavor.
