A quick and easy low-carb grilled cheese made in the air fryer. Perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices low-carb bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place cheese between the unbuttered sides.
  4. Place sandwich in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for 3 more minutes.
