A simple and quick recipe for air fryer Mahi Mahi, perfect for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of the fillets.
