Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp malt vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into thin chips.
- Toss chips with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Cook chips for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with malt vinegar and sea salt.
- Serve immediately.
