Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place pork chops in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add maple syrup to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Brush maple glaze over pork chops and air fry for another 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, whisk Dijon mustard and heavy cream until smooth. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve pork chops topped with Dijon cream sauce and crispy bacon.
