Description
A spicy and sweet cauliflower dish made in the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or side.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix maple syrup, sriracha, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce.
- Air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use fresh cauliflower for best results.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
