Description
Delicious marble swirl cookies made with vanilla and chocolate dough, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy outside and soft inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Mix cocoa powder into one half to create chocolate dough.
- Take small portions of both doughs and roll them together to create a marble effect.
- Place the cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
