Description
A quick and flavorful air fryer appetizer featuring marinated cheese, salami, and pickles.
Ingredients
- 8 oz block of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice), cubed
- 4 oz sliced salami, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add cheese cubes, salami, and pickles to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Let the mixture marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the marinated mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese softens slightly.
- Serve warm with toothpicks for easy eating.
Notes
- Use firm cheese that won’t melt too quickly.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add a sprinkle of chili flakes for extra heat.
