Description
Easy and flavorful pork skewers cooked in an air fryer with a sweet and tangy BBQ marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add pork cubes to the marinade, coating evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated pork onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Brush with extra BBQ sauce and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on pork thickness.
- Double the marinade if you prefer saucier skewers.
