Description
A quick and easy meal combining juicy meatballs with creamy mashed potatoes, all cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place meatballs in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Air fry for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.

- Use pre-cooked mashed potatoes for convenience.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
